Provides support to N160 Contract Package Manager in the assessment and review of submittals. Create and maintain contract package submittal logs (SharePoint lists). Maintains a specifications tracking matrix.  Create catalogs for warranty and extra materials information. Prepare draft specifications to be reviewed by N160 Contract Package Manager.
